Join Dianne for 45 minutes for a gentle morning flow. She usually starts with breath work to start our practice with mindfulness and calm to center ourselves. We will work on slow deliberate movement. Throughout the class Dianne encourages participants to listen to their bodies, move at their own pace and offers modifications as needed. The focus is on flexibility, strength and reducing stress to foster an inner peace. Morning yoga offers a nurturing and rejuvenating start to the day helping participants feel more balanced, relaxed and ready to embrace the day.
